
Nordic Walking
110 km of optimally signed Nordic Walking routes bring you to the most beautiful places on the Mieminger Plateau. Practice sessions, Nordic Walking Sticks and specifically worked-out routes are available in the hotel.
Mountain biking
90 km of mountain bike tracks are available – from the smooth hilly landscape to lush alpine pastures and mountain lakes on the Fernpass. Mountain bikes are also available to rent at the hotel.
Horse Riding and Trail riding
The Mieminger Plateau is known as a paradise for horse riders and it is possible to ride on every path. You can do guided tours which start directly from the hotel or you can take your own horse. You are more than welcome to have a look around our stables and you can even leave your own horse here.
ACTIVE in spring, summer and autumn
The naturalness of the plateau landscape offers a fascinating wonder of nature in every season: an ocean full of colours in spring when flowers bloom, the high temperatures in summer and the golden coloured larch forests in autumn.
At the same time, the region offers numerous options to enjoy sporty activities:
- 9 km2 of landscape conservation area with the famous larch fields

The landscape in the plateau offers numerous opportunities to go for a hike – from taking pleasure in going for a walk to reaching the summit of a mountain:
- 410 km of walking and hiking paths, starting straight at the hotel
- Easy hikes up to an alpine hut with refreshments on arrival
- Picture-book walking paths which are ideal for families
- Fascinating mountain hikes culminating in the signing of the summit book
- Hiking and climbing in alpine fields (with certified mountain guides)

Adventure sport

For those seeking adventure we have got plenty of possibilities:
- Alpine climbing (new climbing walls in Nassereith)
- Fixed rope routes ( also as guided tours)
- Hiking tours for a couple of days (which may lead to the possibility of hiking on a glacier)
- Rafting in the river Inn (basic) or in the Oetztaler Ache (extreme)
- Canyoning for all levels
- Paragliding and hang-gliding (also tandem)
